Everything was perfect, the parking was on-site, the room was tastefully decorated. The staff was willing to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. The provided service was decent. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

This was a perfect stay for two nights. The location was good and perfect on main bus route with plenty of buses to choose from, great for for what we needed. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Chicken Club to relax and grab some food.

Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautifully designed. The restaurant was fantastic with a choice of food and a cooked breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. The view over the garden from the window was nice. The staff was willing to help, including the host. Excellent and stunning location close to Pickering's Gin Distillery, we greatly enjoyed it. Moreover, the area was nice quiet.

Had a really nice stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. I had functional double room with private bathroom all lovely. Absolutely perfect very central location really close to centre on foot.
Facilities were very clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Thank you for a perfect stay. The hotel is recently renovated and spotlessly clean, nestled in a newly renovated building with lovely view of the garden. The food is outstanding and the breakfast was savoury and delicious. The units are functional, great modern. The service is terrific, includes free parking. In fact, there is free internet.

I thoroughly enjoyed being in this place. All in all everything was great, had a really really nice stay for two nights. The location offered was excellent short walk to bus stop across the road, the National Museum and the city center by public transport or taxi. I had the budget triple room which was spotless and huge with bath. The entire staff was willing to help.
